Danielle joined our team in October 2017 as a technician, and can often be seen helping Dr. Burmeister out during appointments, greeting clients from the reception desk, and ensuring the team is staying efficient!

Danielle grew up in Toronto, and moved to Burlington when she was 17. Growing up she had lots of pets! Her first family dog was named Cleo, and she was a German Shepherd/Husky mix – she fondly remembers curling up with Cleo for a snuggle every day after school. Her first cat was a little white fluff ball named Puff who slept with her every night and enjoyed romping outside in the snow. After high school Danielle attended Pebec college where she studied advanced esthetics and electrolysis. Upon graduating college she found that the world of esthetics, while enjoyable, was not her personal calling. In 2015 she took a chance and started working in a Veterinary Clinic in Burlington, and discovered her true passion in helping animals!

When not in the clinic, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and watching movies! She’s currently living with her fiancee in Milton while they wait for their new house to be built in Stoney Creek. Her current fur-babies are Abigail – an energetic Duck Toller, Remington – a grey tabby and Buster – a snuggly senior Chihuahua.
