As a client of Livingston Animal Hospital, you can expect our full attention to your pet’s needs. We’re all animal lovers here and we work hard to create a warm, inviting and comfortable environment for you and your pet.

When you arrive for your appointment and check in at the front desk, you will be greeted warmly. Our courteous members of staff will then weigh your pet and assist you into an examination room as soon as it is available.

One of our staff members will start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit; gathering data for the doctor- just like when you go for a visit to your doctor!

The doctor will then do a full examination of your pet from nose to tail! She will ask you further questions and may recommend diagnostic tests if needed.

This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.

The doctor will answer any wellness and care questions you may have and provide you with an individual pet care plan. Our front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow-up appointments.

Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible. Please except our sincere apologies should this happen but also understand the same care and dedication will be provided to you and your pet if it is ever needed.
